In-house training with course titled: Competence Basic Interviews,Crew Management and Understanding STCW was held from 6th to 8th November 2025, at PT. Oceanindo Prima Sarana Office, by BKI Academy.

The purpose of this training is to help PT. Oceanindo Prima Sarana better understand how to improve quality and solve problems through the Basic Competency Interview for Seafarers.

Furthermore, this training also helped the company to ensure the proper implementation of Crew Management, ensuring that the company has a skilled and competent crew to carry out its duties.

STCW training aims to increase companies' understanding of global maritime regulations and compliance with international maritime safety standards.
